Bibliophika is an open electronic library of the State Public Historical Library of Russia.

At the moment, Bibliophika contains 1235 volumes (467912 pages) from the State Public Historical Library, published before 1917. It contains the laws of the Russian Empire, sources on the history, geography and ethnography of Russia, books on genealogy, heraldry, and cultural history.

Working with the library is organized in two access modes – guest and full.

Guest access is free and allows the user to browse all the books of the electronic library in low resolution with a limited download speed and the number of pages viewed.

Full access is provided by subscription and allows the user to view all books in high resolution without limiting the download speed and number of pages, download and print high-quality copies of pages.
