The article considers topical issues of conceptual representation of the category of "audit quality”. Studied various approaches to the representation of the concept of "audit quality". It is shown that audit quality should be considered taking into account the expectations of stakeholders, including the auditee. It is shown that audit quality should consider at least two elements - regulatory compliance and compliance with the expectations of users of the audit report.

The current standard of Integrated Reporting offers the approach that focuses on the principles. It creates methodological issuehow todevelop and to justify the indicators selection that reflects the value creation process within the organization. To solve this problem, we carried out the best practice analysis of the integrated reporting among domestic and foreign companies. On this basis we proposed the system of indicators to characterize different capitals involved in the process of value creation. From one side this system of indicators allows to take into account the entity specificity and characteristic features of the particular business model and from the other side it gives possibility to disclose the information concerning capital availability and efficiency.
