The results of the corporate clients' creditworthiness evaluation methods examination are set out in the article. Authors investigated the most popular native and foreign methods and analyzed the practical approaches which are applied in the Russian commercial banks. The implementation of propositions can seriously improve the loan department work as well as the credit organization stability.
The article is dedicated to analyze current position of global and national financial system concerning its financial stability, to research monetary regulation functions and their modification on account of existing risks and to study convergence of fiscal and monetary policy in Russia and abroad in order to support financial soundness of the economy.
The process of regional monetary and financial system development is considered in the article as a way of transformation of the international monetary and financial system. The article demonstrates the relevance of the synergetic theory and social systems theory principles to the considered process. It also gives the characteristics of regional monetary and financial system creation for developed and developing countries and of its interrelation with the features of the chosen integration model.
This research is devoted to the analysis of bank lending channel in Russia. The dependence of the growth of loan portfolio from the amount of funds received from central bank is analyzed by means of panel data analysis. A new method is proposed, which can be useful in efficiency investigation of monetary policy transmission mechanism. As the result of the method implementation, a new evidence of the inefficiency of bank lending channel in Russia is obtained.

In the article the author's concept of solving a discussion question of reliable assessment of the cost of capital of a commercial bank is disclosed. The authors clarify the fundamental definitions in relation to the subject of the study, identifiy key factors influencing the structure of banking capital, analyze the sources of its formation, describe the essence of the methodological approach in order to achieve its objective evaluation.
The article investigates the problem of reflexivity of the monetary sphere, or a behavioral self-organization of its participants. The directions of the impact of the phenomenon of reflexivity of economic agents on the stability of the monetary system are defined. The author marked out the factors that increase the relevance effect of reflexivity to the national financial market: the formation of the information economy and the instability of the monetary system in the face of rising global risks. The study of reflexivity of the money market is necessary for the purposes of analysis, forecasting and management of economic expectations of market participants, and to develop measures to increase the confidence in the national currency.
In this article the author examines the questions of legal status and some aspects of activities of recently established financial assistance mechanisms within the framework of the European Union. The world economy crisis 2008-2010 affected the economy situation in EU and caused significant disbalances in the financial systems of several European countries. With a view to fight with crisis in EU and particularly in Eurozone special financial stabilization mechanisms were set up: European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF), European Financial Stabilization Mechanism (EFSM), European Stabilization Mechanism (ESM).
In the article the features of formation of financial results of activity of the central banks are considered at realization of the public functions by them. Quantitative data describing the financial position and financial performance of the Central Bank, the Federal reserve, the European Central Bank and the Bank of Japan are presented.
