The author states that resisting moment of a tractor performing agricultural operations changes in an oscillatory way, i.e., there are extremes of the function (maximum and minimum ones). It is recommended that a combined power plant should be installed on a tractor, the main parts of which being an electrical energy storage (capacitor) capable of releasing energy when the load increases and accumulating the energy from its source (internal combustion engine (ICE) - a generator, an electrochemical generator (ECG), and etc.) when it decreases, and a drive electric motor. This would contribute to the constant engine speed, which would result in reduced fuel consumption and exhausts.

The author presents a method of modeling and approving the structure and composition of technological systems for industrial processes in plant cultivation. The paper focuses on transferring of units from one state to another under the influence of a random flow of events of varying intensity. Basing on the theory of Markov chains the author determines the probability of units remaining in different states and basing on the theory of dynamics of average conditions he specifies the number of units in each of the states in a steady mode. The number of units in different states with account of agricultural requirements shows the complex size and structure.
