The effect of auto-displacement in a resonant-tunnel diode (RTD) on the dynamic range of amplifiers on these diodes is considered. Taking into account autosplacement, two possible types of amplitude characteristics and boundaries of their existence were revealed. For these two types of amplitude characteristics, expressions were obtained that determine the dynamic range of the amplifier.

The technological process of unmanned coal extraction on the basis of the Polysaevskaya mine is controlled and controlled by means of information and analytical models built on the basis of three-dimensional models of individual objects and the technological process in general and simultaneously requiring personnel owning 3D positioning programs in the global coordinate system forminers and technicians. The article focuses on establisment and formation of industrial parks which are of particular importance in the implementation of priority tasks, such as diversification of the country’s economy, reducing of dependence on the non-oil sector, involvement of existing potential into production turnover, replenishment of domestic demand through domestic production, increasing of competitiveness production, providing of employment, attracting of investment and modern technologies, providing of balanced development and eliminating the problem of interregional economic developmental discrepancy. Industrial parks have been identified as a new stage in ensuring economic development, its placement issues have been reviewed, and a single classification of industrial park management criteria has been provided in the article.
To date, the problem of the spread of forest fires, is actual throughout the world. During periods of high fire safety, when many fires of forest fires occur, a significant part of them reach the size of large and even catastrophic fires. These fires have the most negative consequences in the ecological and economic aspects - the parameters of the environment are deteriorating (the ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere changes, emissions of harmful chemicals are increasing), because of the smoke, the work of air and water transport is disrupted. In this work, a mathematical model of forest fire distribution is considered.

This article provides an overview of the three most common layout schemes (self- contained, engine-driven or external-powered, refrigeration-heating, generator-powered, computer-accumulating, using refrigerated refrigerants), and installing refrigeration units, each with its own advantages and shortcomings. The main difficulty in choosing a refrigeration system is the impossibility of rapid restoration of the specified temperature conditions during the failure of the autorefrigerator during the loading and unloading of perishable goods, it also depends on the number of openings of the body doors. The world experience in temperature regulation and creation of the necessary microclimate in isothermal vans, tracking of internal parameters, operative regulation of the set characteristics, allows solving the problems ofstorage and transportation of not only food products, but also other perishable goods. Based on this experience, there is a need to use similar technologies in the Russian Federation, depending on the climatic zone, because autorefreviousers are most widely distributed in cities with relatively low mileage. Today the greatest share of world shipments of crude oil accounts for two types of transportation: pipeline and tanker. It is very important for each oil-producing region to have accessibility to these types of transport, because it determines not only the possibility of extraction but also sales opportunities the crudes on the world market. About 60% of the total global volume of crude oil are transported by sea. Compared to other modes of transport Maritime transport have certain advantages. When predicting the flow of liquid through pipelines, it is effective to use computer simulation. Computer modeling is a less labor-intensive and energy-consuming process compared to a physical experiment. Computer simulation allows you to quickly change theparameters of the hydrodynamic process under study, as well as to make observations of the set of studied quantities. In this paper, we present a program algorithm for modeling the flow of a fluid, based on the use of Boltzmann lattice equations (LBM, LatticeBoltzmannMethod). The developed algorithm is divided into functional blocks, each of which is accompanied by comments. The algorithm is implemented by the program in the high-level language "Python" and allows modeling the flow of fluid in two-dimensional space. Modeling uses the "D2Q9" model, and the lattice dimension is defined and specified by the user. Initial data for the model are fluid parameters, geometric dimensions and coordinates of the location of obstacles. The program implements the visualization of hydrodynamic processes by means of the color saturation of the flow elements, depending on the values of the observed quantities. It is possible to observe the process of formation and propagation of vortices. During the simulation, the most important information is entered into the Excel file. It is proposed to test the program by simulating the Poiseuille flow. A conclusion is made about the possibility of modifying and improving the model with the expansion of the range of scientific research. The possibility of using two-dimensional modeling in the design of water supply systems is defined.And also when developing energy conversion devices for self-powered power meters in water supply and irrigation systems.
