The article deals with the modern parameters of the national economy, deter- mining the prospects of competitiveness of the Russian Federation in the world. The segments of the innovation process are identified, their impact on the economy is determined. The cyclical nature of innovative renewal is revealed taking into account the technological structure and the impact of scientific and technological progress in all spheres of society development. The basis for the development of modern technological way of life is the use of human potential and scien- tific achievements. The analysis of solutions to the problems arising in the development of diffu- sion models of innovation. In the study of diffuse processes, the authors used a systematic ap- proach. Two groups of consumers in an innovative environment are identified: innovators and simulators. Special attention is paid to the modeling of the innovation system. In describing the mechanism of diffusion of innovation, the authors relied on the tools of probability theory, game theory and mathematical Economics. The characteristic of spillover effects from the point of view of innovative development of society is presented. Mar spillovers researchers are A. Marshall, K. Arrow, P. Romer. Such effects are typical for a particular industry. John. Jacobs proposed a model of diffusion of innovation (Jacobs spillovers) that can be used for developed markets with a large number of participants. A review of linear and interactive models of innovation manage- ment, identified their strengths and weaknesses. A natural result of the study was the conclusion that the mechanism of the spread of innovation in space and time can be described using the model of the innovation process taking into account the spillover effects.

Rapid development of snacks in the world can lead to an increase in calorie intake in the daily diet, especially in the absence of hunger in response to external non- physiological signals and in the absence of physical exertion. One of the promising directions for diversifying the range of snack products is the development of cereal bars, which corresponds to the principles of healthy nutrition. The combination of natural cereals and fruit / nut components will provide energy not only at the expense of carbohydrates, but also include fiber, vitamins and mineral elements in the diet area when using such snacks. Two groups represent the assortment of snack bars in the Russian and European markets: cereal bars and38Международный научный журнал №1muesli bars, which differ in the composition of grain products. Flakes, including oatmeal, predominate in the cereal basis, muesli bars, blown grain of rice predominate in cereal bars. Fruit / nut components do not exceed 15%. The component composition influences the physical characteristics of the snack bars, which regulate by the use of structurally binding components. Domestic and foreign manufacturers of bars make in the name only more attractive to the consumer fruit component: strawberries, blueberries, candied fruits. In this case, raisins are the predominant fruit component in the products of domestic producers; dried apples prevail in the products of foreign producers. The production of glazed bars can reduce their importance for healthy eating by using hydrogenated fats and food additives as part of the glaze.

One of the main conditions for ensuring food safety of the country in case of problems in the livestock industry is the development of production with maximum efficiency. The development of production is mainly hampered by non-compliance with the main parame-59ters of efficiency. Therefore, there is a need to systematize the definition of "efficiency", affect- ing the management decision-making, taking into account the capabilities of a particular enter- prise. The work carried out research related to the construction of a system of indicators to as- sess the economic efficiency of enterprises based on the analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists, economists and proposals for the development of this definition in the imple- mentation of the doctrine of food security. The development of the market of agricultural pro- duction and efficiency should become a priority national project, which largely determines the successful implementation of the program of socio-economic development of the country, pro- vided the food security of the country. The trends of the market development in the field of meat products are shown, the choice of the object of study is justified. One of the most common semi-finished meat products are pancakes of a wide variety, which have a low cost, easy to prepare, low-cost in time and are within walking distance to the buyer. The article presents the results of a study of five samples of pancakes with meat brands "frost", "Mistress", "Every day", "with the heat of the heat", organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters. From organoleptic quality indicators in meat semi-finished products investigated the appearance, color, view on the section, taste and smell on a five-point scale. In the studied samples of pancakes with meat, the physical and chemical parameters determined the mass of the pancake, the mass fraction of the filling, the mass fraction of salt according to standard methods. According to the results of the research it was established that a wide range of pancakes of different quality is currently produced. The majority of them include mainly poultry meat, meat of mechanical deboning and soy ingredients, information about which is indicated in the labeling of semi-finished products.

The policy of supporting the textile industry and the achievements of agricultural producers allowed cotton to withstand competition in the production of textiles with other fibers by giving the products properties that increase their comfort during operation. In developed countries, the use of textiles exceeded 25 kg per capita per year, including 47 % of cotton, 33 % of synthetic fibers, about 10 % of cellulose fibers, 7 % of wool. The results of the study showed that the main fiber used for the production of a wide range of textile products is cotton. 2057 % of the range of products such as women's and men's underwear, sleepwear for adults and children is made of one hundred percent cotton. Moreover, low cotton products (20 %) found among women's underwear and high (5457 %) among male and children's products. Semi-cotton are 25 % of the products of this range. The dynamics of the fibrous composition of the bedding in 20152017. it shows that the most popular raw material for the production of these products is also cotton. The share in the range of cotton and semi- cotton products in different years from 11 to 35 %. It should be noted that the share of pure cotton products in the range increased from 11 % in 2015 to 35 % in 2017, and semi - cotton products decreased from 21 to 13 %. Samples of linen fabrics of Russian, Spanish, Italian, Korean and German production are subject to implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation after elimination of the revealed discrepancies on marking and can be used for production of underwear, possessing rather high physical and mechanical, hygienic and safety properties.
