With the development of digital technology in the Russian economy is signifi- cantly changing a number of approaches to business. Now it is possible for many organizations to conduct their activities using a digital environment that allows not only to save money of the enterprise, but also to establish close ties with their customers, based on interaction with the help of elements of integrated marketing. So, for many organizations working in the field of agriculture, the emergence of digital technologies allowed technologically systematize and or- ganize all the main production processes of the enterprise. So integrated marketing gives the opportunity: to establish communication with the consumer; to organize the system of goods circulation; to determine the main directions for further development of the enterprise, through the study of the external and internal environment of the enterprise. In this paper we analyze the experience of foreign countries in the development of integrated marketing communications in the agricultural sector in terms of the digital economy. The role of integrated marketing communications in the agricultural sector of Russia is demonstrated. The application of digital technologies for enterprises of different ownership forms and sizes is estimated. The directions of integration of digital marketing elements for farmers and small-scale organizations are pre- sented. The perspective directions of realization of production of agrarian and industrial com- plex for farms and small-scale productions with use of the latest technologies are revealed. The importance of building a model of marketing relations between the producer and the consumer in modern conditions is shown. The financial importance of the use of integrated marketing communications in agriculture is estimated.
The transition to a post-industrial, information society suggests that at least, and even more than 40...50 % of the population should have higher or special education. Training of such a mass of the population in full-time form is hardly possible, therefore, in recent decades the number of students enrolled in distance educational technologies has been growing faster than the number of full-time students. The trend of transition to distance education structures is also observed in the growth of the number of universities that train students in these technologies. In the article the necessity of application in educational process of new educational technologies that will extend the range produced by students of the mind tions and skills. Distance learning allows for the formation of students ' ideas, knowledge and skills, using tra- ditional and new information and telecommunication technologies, regardless of the location of the student and the teacher. It allows each person on the basis of their individual style to develop their own learning path. The main advantages, disadvantages and prospects of dis- tance learning development are shown.

The article substantiates the need to introduce fundamentally new nature- friendly technologies that will restore the balance between the biosphere and the technosphere that has been disturbed by man. Agricultural activities have violated natural resource turnovera kind of natural metabolism, creating technologies that are hostile to it. This is a planetary- scale challenge. The historical aspect of the analysis of domestic technologies for the production of agricultural products was made. The evolution of innovative technologies in agricultural activities is considered. A brief description of agrotechnologies and their causes of negative impact on the agroecosystem is given. The reasons for the transition to nature-friendly technol- ogies are indicated and the principles of their interaction with nature are examined. Nature- like systems and technologies use energy based on NBICS technologies and systems that reproduce wildlife objects. NBICS technologies combine nano-, bio-, information, cognitive and social technologies that contain convergence of a whole spectrum of conjugate technologies, methods, devices, mechanisms, algorithms, processes. Problems in the field of accounting for agricultural activities in which animals and plants undergo a biotransformation process in a controlled environment are noted. In the Russian accounting there is no normative document regulating the accounting of biological assets, the definition of the term "agricultural activities".The structure of nature-like technologies is presented. The transition to new technologies of generation and consumption of energy based on wildlife requires a natural management thinking (nosferzism, social justice) and an analytical and information base for managing bio- transformation of biological assets.
The article tells about the features of the agricultural sector, the investment policy pursued in this industry and investment processes. Particular attention is paid to the grouping of investment directions, conducted by their choice on the basis of the importance factor and their justification. At the beginning of the work, along with the creation of an idea of the essence of agriculture, tells about the tasks performed by it and its goals, which deter- mines the relationship of the "modules" involved in the study of the problem and complementary to each other, provides information about the forms and possibilities of influence in different situations. Being one of the main directions of the economic policy of Azerbaijan, correctly chosen and justified investment activity is one of the important elements of the development of the agricultural sector. Investment processes are also considered a necessary economic instru- ment for the development of the country as a whole and its regions. These operations are con- ducted under various state programs, and various physical or legal persons, turn into a signif- icant impetus to the rapid growth priorities, impact measures for diversification and transfor- mation. In the work the priority of implementation of investment processes is considered in volume, but special attention is paid to each stage. In regional and smaller scales is recom- mended for use investment, depending on the features brought to him objects are based on real examples.
At present, measures to improve the level of General socio-economic devel- opment of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR), which is rich in natural and economic resources, have been implemented and are continuing. It should be noted that the NAR is one of the first territorial parts of Azerbaijan, which in accordance with the requirements of the international division of labor, that is, trends in the development of the world economic system, integrated into this system. One of the problems of insufficient development of the NAR economy in accordance with modern requirements is the problem of attracting investments. The article deals with the issues of investment in the economy of the Autonomous Republic, their efficiency and development.
The article presents a comparative analysis of methods and forms of access to foreign markets of agricultural products. The factors that determine the entry into the foreign market are characterized. Features of export of production of agrarian and food sector are revealed. The structure of the approximate plan of the exit of the companies operating in agrarian and food sector to the external market is defined.
The article deals with the ways to improve the economic efficiency of invest- ments in agriculture. The necessity of increasing the yield for the development of varioussectors of agriculture is analyzed, the relevant proposals are made.

In recent years, with the development of digital technology and technologies in Russia there is an intensive use of digital marketing elements in agricultural organizations as the main lever of customer relations. Thus, at present, the main driving element of the de- velopment of integration in the economy is the development of digital marketing, as well as the need to integrate its main elements with traditional channels. As a result, the basis of this pro- cess is the differentiation of strategies related to the retention of the consumer, the complexity of the functions of marketing departments in the areas of economic efficiency assessment and the integration of customer actions with marketing costs, as well as the increasing need for forecasting and predicting market trends, changes in the marketing model of relations with the Already now in agricultural organizations the use of digital marketing complex is carried out on the software platform of the organization. The main element of such a system is the model of marketing relations, built on the mutual interest of the manufacturer and the consumer, ob- tained through the modification of interaction with the brand and based on two-way communi- cation, providing the search for new benefits from the use of the product. Thus, an integrated marketing system allows you to create a special management system, built by integrating opera- tional, tactical and strategic marketing processes. Such a system cooperates by bringing the po- tential consumer to purchase their product by building and maintaining customer relationships.
The author on the example of the agricultural sector of the country's economy, along with the issues of effective integration into the world economic community, accelerating the use of highproductive technologies in agriculture, the competitiveness of this industry to international requirements, explores such pressing problems as the creation of favorable conditions for the export of agricultural products and access to world markets, the acceleration of socio-economic development on the basis of effective use of existing potential.

The article describes the problem of mastering the subject of "Physics" by University students from the point of view of psychology. The problem of assimilation of students from the point of view of pedagogy is described. The problem of assimilation of students from the point of view of methods of teaching physics is described. The estimation of motivation of students in the study of physics. The description of teaching methods is given. The conclusion is made about some insolvency of the old method of teaching on the basis of difficulties as a result of training of many students. It is concluded that there is a need for more specific methods and models of laboratory work to create on their basis the design environment. It is proposed in the first year in several groups of students to try to introduce a new method of teaching physics developed at the Department by several teachers with the help of self-study by students of laboratory facilities, to demonstrate physical phenomena, based on the knowledge gained by students during lectures, consultations with teachers and from other available sources. A detailed description of the new developed technique is given. It is expected that there will be further actions of teachers in case the new method proves to be untenable.
