Being an integral part of world outlook philosophy of history has worked out the notion of historical process while purely rational approach was not able to take into account the nature and practical activity of man. The analysis of the former would reveal their irrationality. It is the analysis of the object and practical activity that reveals the estrangement of the subject of the social-historical process, the reality of its individual requirements and interests, whose natural egoistic character stipulates the unconsciousness of its aims. Thus, the real and living subject of the social-historical process should be considered an estranged subject of unconscious activity.

The article analyses the law mechanism of Antidumping Measures on the basis of Agreement of art. VI GATT-94 application. Conditions of Antidumping Measures application are given. Pecular features of methods of comparing of export price and normal cost are given. The author emphasises the necessity of an enterprise participation in the activity of the party carrying out the investigation, as well as the necessity of management training for law mechanism application of the Agreement in action.

On the basis of the analysis of modem religious situation in the country the author describes different variants of confessional interaction and concludes that, despite the poly variantness of the state policy in religious affairs, definite interconfessional contradictions, determined by different factors, exist in the religious field of Belarus. One of these factors is the development of the state-confessional relations in the country. The analysis of the development of these relations, starting from the time sovereignty was declared, shows the necessity of forming the state confessional policy on the basis of modern political, social, economic and moral relations in the country.

The article deals with the most important structural element of the legal system - normative legal acts as sources of the Belarusian law. Attention is paid to the constitutional backgrounds of forming the acting legislation. The legal pyramid of the acts on the basis of the Constitution is built up. For the first time in the Belarusian practice the author has paid attention to the acts of the special form and, foremost, to the directives of the Head of the State. The article draws attention to the key issues connected with the publication and entering into force of the normative legal acts. The author offers ways of eliminating gaps in the legislation, the article presents a thorough analysis of the legislation, which envisages the possibility of suspending or abolishing action of the legal acts.

Besides dynamics of the world labour market and world social-demographic tendencies have been investigated in the article as well.
