Directions of stimulating innovations in traditional sectors of the Belarusian economy and priorities of high-tech industries development are shown. Their systemic efficiency is grounded. It is shown that the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has become an important element of the national innovative infrastructure. Guidelines on stimulating innovative economy development of the Repuhlic of Belarus are worked out.
