The paper investigates into dynamics impact of main monetary policy indicators on behaviour, degree and replenishment processes in industry from the viewpoint of public regulating the industrial system in Belarus.
The article deals with six items of juridical nature which were announced by “The Declaration of Independence” of the National Council of Azerbaidzhan. The first juridical document of our independence was “The Declaration of Independence” – the first juridical act binding the constitution. The paper also highlights main principles of sovereign, democratic and legal state: distribution of power, national power, legal norms of fundamental rights and constitution which provided free development for all citizens of Azerbaidzhan irrespective of their nationality, religion and social class.
The paper considers some factors destabilizing monetary system, influencing it from outside. On their basis conclusions are drawn on very urgent directions of the monetary system in Belarus.

The 1990s were marked with an upsurge in interest to religions in Belarus. But investigations in the 1990–2010 showed that people's religious needs weren't supported by background knowledge in religions which they were ready to follow and which traditionally existed in the region. The religious enlightenment and education are at issue in Belarus. The task appeared to be wide-scaled and demanded a search for complex decisions which would make its performance possible if to connect joint efforts of religious and secular institutions.
The author proposes role-play as a form of interaction between an academic group supervisor and students as practice effect is not only a teaching process but also educational. The article gives information about approbation of the role-play: “A Social Portrait of a Deputy as a Factor of Influence on the Choice of Electorate”.
