A Comparative Analysis of Systems of Corporate Management in the Banking Sector (for Example Banks in the U.S., China and Russia)

The article reveals the main trends in the development of corporate governance in the banking sector on the example of the leading banks of the USA, China and Russia. Analysis of the mergers’ and acquisitions’ impact on the development of corporate governance in the banking sector made it possible to justify the importance of bank capital consolidation in conditions of the digital economy development. The revealed features of the banks’ development in the USA, China and Russia in 2014–2017 allowed to justify the prospects of corporate governance in the banking sector.

Assessment of the Impact of Infrastructure Projects on Territory Development

In the article the problem of evaluation of external effects in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the road sector. The authors proposed to estimate external effects by calculating future cash flows to the budget system of the region generated when these external effects such as the creation of new jobs, the rising cost of residential and commercial property, reduction of time spent in transit passengers, improving the environment and reducing the number of road accidents.

Coaching as a talent management tool in an organization

The article reveals the possibilities of using coaching in attracting, retaining and developing talents in companies. This tool can be applied for solving of personal problems and issues of organizational development. At the same time, coaching can be performed for individuals, for example, to resolve of conflict situations in families or at work and for a group or a team of professionals to solve common tasks.

The author shows that the most effective communication technology working on the "coherence of knowledge" is the "human" technology of direct communication, which assumes a high proportion of emotional contact achieved through visual and tactile channels, along with audio. In his opinion, live communication is the basis of institutional activity, creating new opportunities for improving the workplace, or a separate process. In this regard, the most important topic of transfer and accumulation of specific knowledge in the company is the development of Kaizen ideas - iterative work with small problems in the field, and the mission of management - training of skilled ordinary employees. A fundamental leap in improving management efficiency is associated with synergetic effects that arise in the case of coherence, resonance in the changes of the system based on increasing the coherence of the company's knowledge.

Gender Manifestations of Socio-Psychological Age of the Personnel in Companies with Organizational Culture of Different Types

Presentation of results of theoretical and empirical studies of regulatory functions of organizational structure referring to gender and age manifestations in behavior of the stuff of Russian companies with different levels of involvement in innovative processes. Introduction of the concept of socio-psychological age is justified and its performance connected with work is given. It is shown that gender peculiarities of socio-psychological age of the personnel belong to the actual unconscious and hidden phenomena of organizational life. It is revealed that in the presence of some specific differences, common characteristics of gender manifestations in the labor behavior of male and female stuff within the same organizational culture dominate.

German and Chinese TNCs: Problems of Products Entry into International Markets

The specificity of Chinese and German TNCs' activities in the world market is analyzed. The most effective specialization of Russia in the international division of labour is determined. The conclusion is drawn that goods produced by German TNCs (primarily engaged in high–tech production)—in contrast to Chinese TNCs—have proven to be successful in international markets.

Mechanism of adoption of administrative decisions

The mechanism of adoption of administrative decisions based on ranging of alternative decisions on criteria coefficient of quality and competitiveness – calculated via the differential method – is developed. Practical applicability of the offered development is shown with the help of choosing the best cost effective Class-B sedan of four possible options.

The article offers algorithmic models and tasks of managing components of technology of complex activity of organizational and technical systems. According to the authors, whilst studying enterprises it is necessary to analyze, first of all, the complex activity which they carry out. For this it is advisable to use approaches and results of the methodology of complex activity (CA). In this article the problem of management of technologies of CA in an organizational and technical system is formalized. For this purpose, the most important features of modern adaptive advanced enterprises' CA is analyzed, formal models of their CA and control components of CA technology as information models are offered, tasks of control components of CA technology are formulated.

Socio-Economic Development of Tolyatti in the Context of the Development of the Automobile Industry and Federal Support of Single-Industry Towns

For a detailed analysis of the features of the development of single-industry towns and their Federal support, the author chose Togliatti, as the example of this city allows to illustrate a number of important laws in the dynamics of the development of single-industry towns and problems of their state support. The article shows that the success of the state policy of diversification of single-industry towns depends primarily on the economic and geographical position of single-industry towns and their current industry specialization, which clearly shows the example of Togliatti. The author believes that the long-term priorities of the development of a single-industry town may come into some conflict with the current tasks: in the long term, single-industry towns are interested in creating high-paid high-performance jobs, in the short term the problem of employment of people in principle comes out in the first place.

The Mechanisms of Corporate Active Development

It is shown that today traditional management paradigms change dramatically, changing attitude to the person, the individual with his human capital, competencies and personal characteristics goes to the forefront of management activities. Changes in the technology used, management structures, corporate culture, personnel management system in companies entail the need to abandon their values and behavioral stereotypes, re-evaluation of criteria, structure and management methods. According to the authors, this entails the need to abandon the company's values and stereotypes of behavior, re-evaluation of the criteria and management structure, which usually affects the interests of people and causes them to resist changes. The article describes the mechanisms of active development, allowing to overcome this resistance.
