The article assesses integration and disintegration tendencies on various stages of CIS formation and development. The conclusion is made that, at present, the Commonwealth has proved to be lacking a common ideology, real powers, clear-cut objectives and fixed functions. Ways of responding to global challenges and surmounting internal contradictions of EAEU countries, forms and mechanisms of their economic, cultural and defense integration are substantiated as well as potential scenarios for expanding EAEU interaction with other international associations.

The article shows that social responsibility of business passes a number of stages in its development — from more simple forms of social responsibility to those fully integrated into the company's operation. As an object of management, social responsibility grows increasingly complex, becomes more open and costly. The authors note that the typical characteristic of social responsibility is the voluntariness of initiatives of companies’ commitment to respect the interests of all stakeholders, future generations included.

A method has been designed to measure consumers' satisfaction with a new product, in which the difference between the expected and the perceived individual quality indicators of the product under development are, with the help of the decomposition/aggregation method, integrated into a single numerical index of consumers' satisfaction. According to the author, the offered management model of a new product consumers' satisfaction will allow the developer, on systemic basis and with minimal labour and material inputs, to raise the competitiveness of the projected product.
