The alternative management evolved as a response to the challenge under conditions of globalization when previously applied methods of guidance turned out to be unable to fully ensure the enterprises' strategic survival. The basis of the new management pattern constitutes the system of relationships between persons, one of its major tasks becomes the exposure of creative potential of every worker, his involvement in the company's business. Upon comparing various parameters of traditional (repressive) and alternative management types the author concludes that the alternative method offers the workers a life-long partnership.
