The authors examine the economic aspects in the management of municipal wastes-the current situation and the role of services in solid waste field in Russia and the EU. Elements of the Mathematical and Information Support for Adaptation Analysis: Models of the Men's Clothing

The article discusses one of the aspects within a large topic of information technology for creative effort in the process of clothing design. The object of study is the men's sizes (figures) in the Russian OST model 17325-86, the geometric silhouette of the men's suit. The purpose of research is the classification improvement of the visual types of men'sfigures and the identification of the ideal forms of geometric silhouette in the men's suit with a mathematical description. Applications of the results in the services industry should help effective estimations and form high aesthetic and functional consistency in the process of designing men's suits, the procedure can be used in any information technology.

The main task in the development of insulating materials is to optimize the thermal-physic and physical-mechanical parameters, which is a prerequisite for the high quality of their functioning.

The author establishes the mathematical method for determining the possibility of joint processes resulting from the coincidence of the parameters in the adjacency matrix and operational procedures. The similarity of data matrices and graphs shows the model of the technological processes and the implementation prospects for the procedure in a single constructive manner.

Vibration Diagnostics and Rotational Speed Measuring for the Drum in Washing Machines

The authors develop the computerized vibration measurement system to assess the speed of rotation of the drum in washing machines during the test in functional characteristics. The article describes a scheme of mounting the accel-erometers. The proposed method evaluates the speed of drum rotation while wringing, without interference in machine design and implementation of complex assembly operations, for example, with optical sensors and tachogenerators.
