Our study focuses on the possibility of using technology of mass monitoring of leadership, opportunities for selecting students with leadership qualities and their development in the educational process. It is assumed that the leadership, although it is genetically determined, but under the influence ofdirected learning, can be improved and the severity can be increased. Objective knowledge of the personal qualities of the individual students will approach the issue of education. The possibility of purposeful selection of students for leadership qualities will improve the effectiveness of training by teaching students those roles, which is adequate to their psychophysical possibilities.

THE ROLE AND PLACE OF ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE SYSTEM OF TOURISM EDUCATION

The paper analyzes the problems and prospects of the development of the system of advanced professional training in tourism. One of the problems of the tourism industry, which is closely related to the activities of specialized educational institutions, is the disparity between the nature of demand and supply in the labor market industry. The necessity of improving the system of vocational education and the transition to a practice-oriented teaching, the development of new educational programs for advanced professional training and the introduction of new teaching methods are substantiated. The main problems to be solved in the system of advanced professional training in tourism are revealed. It is noted that advanced professional training in tourism for teachers will establish a system of continuing education, enabling them to learn new technologies and skills needed to manage a successful teaching in the present conditions, and to enhance students' employability and subsequent successful career in tourism.

THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING FOR TOURISM IN AUSTRIA

The paper analyzes the structure and content of the education model in the tourism sector in Austria. The most important characteristics of the profile of tourism education are identified; "through" systemic nature, allowing the implementation of the principle of continuity of educational levels; practical orientation of these forms of educational activities, such as dual training or education at the institutes of applied sciences or in the form of part-time vocational school (before allowing the employment of graduates); a wide range of educational trajectories based on the modular structure of the course format; a comprehensive approach to solving the profile of tourism education; the enabling horizontal and vertical development of competencies; focused training for various groups of educational and career-oriented activities at all educational levels. The most important characteristics of the Austrian education system in the tourism sector can be further used in the comparative analysis of Western European models to determine the invariant parameters of effective systems of professional education.

The paper discusses the basic requirements for hosting and updating information on the official website of the educational institutions in the information and communication space, which are the input parameters for the design of the structure and functionality of the site. The analysis of the input parameters on the examples of existing websites of universities are given. Structural and functional parameters for reducing the burden on the site administrator are defined. The example of the site of the educational institution «The Russian State University of Tourism and Service» is given.
