Advertising Business Structure in Udmurtia

The article is devoted to peculiarities of formation of advertising businnes in Udmurtia in the end of XX - the beginning of XXI. It also tells about the influence of the events which happen in Russia and the republic on advertising process. There are examples of advertisement of goods and service in different advertising transmitters in various time periods. The information about the quantity of advertising agencies is given in the article. It tells about the creation of the association of advertising organizations of the republic, about its aims and the results of its activities. Factors which hamper development of advertising market of Udmurtia are described. There are conclusions about modern state of advertising business and about prospects of its development.

Financial Potential of the Consumer Services in the Moscow Region

This paper focuses on increasing financial capacity in consumer services and the mechanism to overcome it. The study identifies the need for additional financial resources to expand the consumer services network in the Moscow region and explains how to establish a mechanism at the municipal level for funding and crediting small business. The mechanism rests on credit cooperatives - microfinancial institutions following the principles of self-organization and mutual financial support for entrepreneurs who qualify to enter into credit relations with banks and municipal authorities regarding budgetary funds on preferential terms within the framework of consumer services development.

Global Logistics Management of Material Flows in a Trade-Industrial Setting

This innovative situation should result in the reform of suppliers and manufacturers logistics. In addition, the paper outlines the characteristics of consumerism and asceticism as opposite extremes of consumption, identifies their generating causes, investigates the satisfaction characteristics of human needs in a modern society, including in the area of service.
