CAMPING AS THE BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CARAVANNING IN RUSSIA

Currently auto-tourism (caravanning) is becoming increasingly popular. The main component of the caravan- ning industry is camping. The reasons for the increase in the popularity of camping are changing needs of tourists. Today, tourists change the traditional “passive” means of recreation for active and independent traveling. New technologies and trends, as well as the high competitive environment have allowed campsites to adapt to the needs of the market and implement tourism product in the form of specially equipped tourist areas with a huge number of services. Camping combines the comfort, security of residence based on modern quality standards, providing, thus, a low base rate. Camping combines a combination of different types of services: leisure and accommodation, avail- ability of showers and toilets, point of waste disposal, individual connection to electricity and water, gastronomic services etc. This all adds up to a number of competitive advantages over “passive” activities. The very important point when studying and developing this trend in tourism is the question of the existence of certain requirements. There is a system of classification like system of classification of hotels and other accommodation facilities. Study- ing the experience of foreign countries, the authors conclude that the development of camping tourism in Russia will have a positive impact on increasing numbers of tourists, on the development of inbound and domestic tour- ism. In the current economic and political situation it is necessary. The authors raise the question of the relevance and necessity of development of camping tourism in Russia. They offer one of the most effective ways to improve attention and interest in this issue and the way to demonstrate the zonal structure of the camping site that meets all existing international standards and norms.

CONDITIONS AND PREREQUISITES OF DEVELOPMENT OF CLUSTERS IN THE SPHERE OF YOUTH TOURISM IN THE NORTH-WEST FEDERAL DISTRICT

The article is devoted to the issue of identifying the prerequisites and conditions for the formation of the system of clusters of the youth tourism in the North-Western Federal district. Despite the active development of cluster structures in tourism and hospitality, both in Russian and abroad they pay fairly little attention to the establishment of clusters in the sphere of youth tourism. The reasons for this phenomenon is due to the peculiarities of youth tourism (not always profitable nature of this sphere of private businesses, the increased level of attention to consumers and their safety, etc.), as well as the need to strictly control and regulate the various ministries and agencies, whose functional duties are somehow connected with the safeguarding and protecting children and young people. The creation of the system of effectively functioning regional and municipal clusters, the youth tourism would solve many of the problems facing the industry as a whole. The goal of creating a modern and efficient cluster formations in the study area, according to the authors, should have a close connaction with youth tourism peculiarities as a sector of tourism and should take into account the specific trends and dynamics of development of this phenomenon in the Russian context. An important aspect in the modeling process of tourism cluster in the field of youth tourism should recognize the correct definition and allocation of characteristics and features based on classification features, which are typical to any cluster in the field of tourism and hospitality in the Russian Federation.

CREATIVITY PRINCIPLES IN THE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT OF THE DISCIPLINE «INNOVATIONS IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY»

In the modern conditions, teaching of university disciplines should be based on the creativity principles of expo- sition and presentation of educational material; it also should be problem-oriented and should contain a lot of problem situations of different types and have a great part of problem discussion, both during lectures and training sessions (workshops). The article presents the experience of the program development of the discipline «Innova- tions in professional activity” based on the principles of creative teaching for students studying on training program «Tourism», «Hospitality», and «Service», and discloses the methods and techniques of lectures and workshops. The author provides and explains the cycle of tasks of the discipline, ensuring the formation of the essential edu- cational competencies. The course concept is based on the assumption that innovativeness and creativity are con- nected; it creates «the formula of discipline». Awakening the creative consciousness by invigoration the students with successful examples of creative activities is the main goal of the course. The course includes a large number of examples (cases) of innovative approach in various fields and areas; training sessions for the formation of the sustainable needs for development of student's creative resources and applying them in practice. The article pres- ents the developed model of the trajectory of educational discipline in the form its thematic structure. The author justifies substantial component of lectures and workshops. The conclusion about the importance of creative and innovative approach and usage the problem principle of the organizing the teaching of the discipline at university of tourism and service profile is made.

FORESIGHT OF SERVICE INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF «SERVICE» AND «TOURISM» STUDENTS

The article states the need of foresight of the further Service industry development in order to prepare more qualified specialists at such actual graduate studies as «Service» and «Tourism». Today educational process at these disciplines demands creative approach, which involves Professor and Student collaboration in innovative ideas production. The author of the article states that foresight of the Service industry trends allows pay attention to actual problems at the lectures and practical classes, it gives an opportunity to redistribute the instructional time, destined to theo- retical or practical work, to make the sessions more valuable, full of case - studies. The conclusion of the article is the statement that foresight is very helpful for the student auditory in a different ways - as a raised problem, as a special task, as a form of a lesson, as a method of the research. The main foresight advantage is its ability to activate creative potential of the students. The students begin to study more diligent, they try to find new and original solutions of their professional tasks. They demand innovative thinking because it increases above exist- ing algorithms, samples and models. It comes to the new progressive results. Innovative thinking development is following by the innovative behavior development and growth of the commercialization and promotion skills. The creativity of future experts is the quality, which provides their life achievements.

ISSUE OF DEVELOPING NEW STANDARDS AS A MAIN CRITERION OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The article is devoted to the development of new professional standards aimed at improving the quality of voca- tional education. A new generation of standards professional education will develop and innovative educational programs. Uniform requirements to professional activity help to maintain the uniform quality of labour in all enterprises of the industry, conduct training needs and improving qualification of personnel and certification of personnel, to develop modular training programmes to introduce new technologies of training based on compe- tencies, to conduct an independent assessment of learning outcomes, to create the new classifier of professions, and to form a coherent system of continuous professional education. Currently, due to the importance of activity of the enterprises of sphere of services to solve the problem of improving the quality of life of the population, Rus- sia has adopted and is implementing various Federal programs, such as Federal target program «Development of domestic and outbound tourism in the Russian Federation for 2011-2018», «bases of state policy in the field of healthy nutrition of the population for the period till 2020», «Strategy of development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for the period till 2020» and other documents. The experience of socio- economic development of leading countries shows that the transition to a qualitatively new level of economy associated with the intensive mobilization of sources of growth, especially with the growing importance of using highly qualified personnel and the introduction of the evaluation system of vocational qualifications. Currently there are many forms of support for professional level performers of services. A key instrument for the formation of professional requirements to the specialists, workers, artists, etc. are of professional standards. Developing market processes in the field of services for the modeling and design of apparel, fur, leather, knitwear for in- dividual orders and the impact of professional community allow us to state that due to competition the quality of services increases significantly, and a key criterion in assessing the quality is the qualification of executors. Foreign and domestic experience shows that in the current conditions of socioeconomic development, develop- ment of professional standards «Specialist in modeling and designing sewing, fur, leather, knitwear for individual orders» becomes extremely important. The development of professional standards will take into account the spe- cifics of the actual services for the modeling and design of apparel, fur, leather, knitwear for individual orders to reflect the contemporary activities of a specialist in the field of fashion and beauty. The professional standard will be fully and clearly describe the requirements for specialists, to give an indication of the set of normative docu- ments, regulating this activity.

LOGICAL-METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE

Logical-methodological culture is a set of logical tools (techniques, methods, rules, laws, etc.) that a person or social group speaks. A person may possess some logical culture, even if he did not study logic. There is even an opinion that the ability to reason logically is inherent in people by nature. This view is mistaken. However, if the logical-methodological culture is not given to man by nature, how is it formed? They possess logical culture in the course of communication, learning, in the process of reading literature. Meeting repeatedly with various methods and reasoning and logical-methodological techniques, people gradually learn them and begin to understand which ones are correct and which are incorrect, which ones increase the efficiency of pedagogical work and which are not. The specified way of the formation of logical culture can be called “natural”. It is not the best, because people, not having studied logic, as a rule, do not possess these or other logical methods, and in addition, they have different logical culture that is not conducive to learning. The study of logic is the most productive way of forming and development of the logical-methodological culture of teachers. The article insists that the profession of the person imposes special requirements to the level of his logical and methodological culture. Because the goal of teachers is the dissemination of scientific knowledge, the article formulates the criteria of scientific character and scientific knowledge. The main criterias of scientific knowledge are expressions the meaning of which is known, using the techniques of clarification of terms, the distinction between empirical and theoretical knowledge, etc.

METHODOLOGY OF LECTURES IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DISCIPLINE «METHODS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN TOURISM»

The article is devoted to improving the lecture methods of the discipline «Methods of scientific research in tour- ism» for bachelors of the direction «Tourism». According to the requirements of Federal state educational standard the bachelor student must prepare for several types of activities that are in demand in the profession, including research. The study of such subjects as «Methods of scientific research in tourism» plays a special role. The dis- cipline acquaints students with the possible directions and forms of scientific research in the field of tourism, the methodology of scientific research. In the framework of the lessons, they clarify the requirements for registration of results of scientific research. Changes in the content of competencies that the graduate must possess require and update pedagogical approaches to the learning process. The theoretical material of the course «research Methods in tourism» that is difficult to understand, is advisable to be applied in various forms of traditional and interactive classroom teaching, such as lecture-debate, lecture-discussion. They should pay special attention to the methods and principles of collecting scientific information. Material on the methods of scientific cognition that is difficult for perception and learning, is necessary to be extended and consolidated in practical classes (seminars) that can have an independent subject or be a continuation of the lecture course and aim to consolidate already known ma- terial. In General, methods of classes at the higher school in the framework of the discipline «Methods of scientific research in tourism» focuses on fulfilling the objectives of the Federal state educational standard, that involves the development of new forms and methods of classroom work.

PEDAGOGY OF CONSTRUCTIVISM AS A METHODOLOGICAL MODEL FOR CONTEMPORARY CULTURE

The article studies the main ideas of constructivist pedagogy and their influence on contemporary culture. The attention is focused on such issues as methodology of the learning process in pedagogy of constructivism. This problem is examined in the context of modern education. The author studies the links of pedagogy and constructiv- ism with philosophical constructivist concepts (P. Watzlawick, H. Maturana and F. Varela). The author examines the positive and negative aspects of the constructivist methodology in the sphere of modern pedagogy. The analysis of constructivist pedagogy shows the semantic content of such principles of constructivism, as the specificity of the learning process as a process of constructing meanings, and problem-based learning, communicative approach to learning. Based on this, the study focuses on the understanding of the interaction of teacher and student in the learning process. The author pays special attention to the fact that according to the constructivist pedagogy the main subject of the process of education is not a teacher, but a pupil. This idea significantly transforms classical model of hierarchical learning. Thanks to the constructivist methodology, the author describes effective teaching methods in contemporary culture. It is noted that important components of the learning process in constructivism is the formation of motivation of the student, as well as a relaxed and creative approach to the learning process of the teacher. The author highlights a problem such as understanding learning as complex process of social interaction of a teacher and a pupil. This process forms value meanings tailored to the specific situations faced by the student. As necessary components of constructivist models of teaching the author highlights the practical orientation of the learning process, and changing requirements for teacher, which is understood in constructivist pedagogy not as much a mentor, but as a moderator of the learning process.

ROLE OF ASSOCIATIONS WITH THE WORDS «FRANCE» AND «THE FRENCH» IN THE FORMATION OF LINGUOCULTURAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS

The article explores the associative array that arises with the words “France” and “the French” from the Russians and all the associations that arise with the word «la Russie» (Russia) from the French. For this purpose, we made a questioning among Russian and French students. The results of this questioning and analysis of correspondence at the youth forums in the social networks of France and Russia formed the basis of this study, which shows that the French think about Russians is much worse than we do about them. Despite this fact, the epoch, when the French mind associated Russias with a samovar and a bear, passes, however, the perception of our country is contrast. In Russia people think positively about France, more positively than the French about Russia. The study of associa- tions, when the appearance of one object causes the image of another associated with it, can be important and useful in the learning process. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study of associations and arising with them stereotypes is relevant in our turbulent times, when the relations of France and Russia are not going through the best stages of its development, and our research can help to understand and overcome the differences. In addition, the formation of students ‘ sociolinguistic competence will be successful if the study mate- rial on the topic happens by building associations, that will contribute to the development of associative thinking, speed up the process of memorizing information.

TOURISM REQUIREMENTS OF THE SPECIALIST TRAINING IN THE SPHERE OF TOURIST EXCURSION ACTIVITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

In the article, the author discusses the concept of professional development and staff training in the sphere of tour- ism, the basic form of professional development of staff and such forms of advanced training of employees of tour- ism enterprises as a short-term training, self-study, internship. The staff of enterprises of the tourism industry has a role in the conduct of competition, ensuring the existence and success of the enterprise. Therefore, they should pay so much attention to the level of professional training that is one of the most important factors in ensuring the competitiveness of the tourism enterprises in the market. Especially in the current context of rapid aging of theoreti- cal knowledge, abilities and skills, they require the need for lifelong learning and continuous staff development. In addition, the article analyzes the practice and training of tourism in higher educational institutions of Tajikistan. The author examines the levels, models, some of the problems of the new program standards in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan. The author substantiates the necessity of priority tourism development of education system in various areas of tourist and excursion activities, the increase of its role in the modernization of the tourism industry, the introduction of new areas of training “Tourism”, which requires the de- velopment of state standards of tourism education, theoretical justification approaches to the selection and structur- ing of its content and software and methodological support of educational process in higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation. The purpose of the article is to identify and disclose the content of the professional development of personnel of the enterprises of the tourism industry and to study the requests of tourism practices and problems of training specialists in various areas of tourist-excursion activity in the Republic of Tajikistan.

VALUE OF HANDMADE ART IN THE CULTURE OF VOLGOGRAD: COMMUNITY AND PRACTICE

According to the opinion of the authors, the main component of the urban culture of Volgograd is realogic identity. They argue the idea that being and existence of things in connection with the life of citizens, which is expressed in the creation, exchange, representation of material objects in handmade art format can serve as an important resource for gaining the new city image and culture of the city status. The article reveals the cultural function as a specific phenomenon of handmade artisan creativity and its importance as a special form of activity of the creative community in the culture of modern cities on the example of Volgograd. In addition to the universal (in the urban sense) creative functions and upcycling (empowering new life of old things in the so-called “repair society” by hand makers), as well as self-realization and self-handmade-presentation, the article highlights such previously unexplored handmade functions as communicational, consolidating and accumulative and representational func- tions associated with the ability to combine creativity handmade urban master craftsmen in community and even the community, successfully contributing to promote the image of the city of Volgograd as a culture and to express the identity of the city, acting as a symbolic and realogic brand Volgograd. They explore the basic directions of handmade in Volgograd in the aspect of micro-urbanism, as well as ways and forms of existence of real practices, folding in the city community and environment in real and virtual cultural and urban space. The authors analyze the handmade practice and Volgograd community, linking them to the specific characteristics of the modern city culture, urban identity and opportunities for urban planning and development in the field of regional cultural policy and tourism and, ultimately, with the prospect of Volgograd become a city of culture on the basis of use realogic resource handicraft handmade creation.
