The article is devoted to analysis of corporation and contradictions between the level of economic relations development and corporation as a modern way of material production organization. The essential features of economic relations and corresponding negative manifestations in corporation, signaling about contradiction are revealed in the article. The strategy of overcoming revealed contradiction on the base of corporation atomization through institutional restriction of shares and corporation sizes is suggested.
