A new genus and species of Tydeidae (Acariformes) from Crimea

Pausia gen. n. and 3 new species of the genera Tydaeolus and Meyerella are descri¬bed from Crimea. Tydaeolus sphaeroclaviger sp. n. differs from the closely related species. T. frequens Grand. in the form of trichobothria. Meyerella petua sp. n. differs from other species of the genus in the number of chaeta on tarsi II—IV as well as in the number of chaeta Рз which are sharply asymmetrical.
