Distribution of terrestrial molluscs in the Urals

Terrestrial malacofauna of the Urals comprises 38 species. Causes of relative poverty of malacofauna are shown. The general appearance of terrestrial malacofauna in the Unails is that of palearctic species with the prevalence of widely distributed ones.
