Every scientist of the Russian Federation – or the FORMER USSR – has the right to put his/her dissertation and its abstract in open access on the website of the RSL irrespectively of the year of defense. SUCH DISSERTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION
